• 1. 12 hours of duty per day — After 11 hours, an extra charge of ₹350/hour will apply.

• 2. Duty time starts from the moment the car arrives at your location.

•  

• 3. AC will not be allowed while the vehicle is stationary — If used, ₹500/hour will be charged.

•  

• 4. If the car gets dirty or if vomiting occurs, a cleaning charge of ₹200 will be applied.

•  

• 5. Driver allowance will be charged separately.

•  

• 6. Fare will be given based on your initial plan — If you add services later, the fare will increase accordingly.

•  

• 7. Booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

•  

• 8. Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the cab.
